Accessibility Statement

Effective August 16, 2026

We want everyone to be able to use this website and to reach our office, regardless of how they browse. This statement sets out what we aim for, what we've done, what we know is imperfect, and how to get help if something on this site gets in your way.

The standard we build to

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That's the standard most widely referenced for public-facing websites and the one we measure ourselves against.

What we've done

  • Every page works from the keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Headings follow a logical order so screen readers can navigate the page structure.
  • Images carry descriptive alternative text that says what the image shows.
  • Text and background colours are chosen for contrast, and text resizes without breaking the layout.
  • The site works down to small screens and at high zoom levels.
  • Motion is kept restrained, and animation respects your system's reduce-motion setting.
  • The site does not autoplay audio.

Known limitations

We would rather tell you where the gaps are than claim there are none.

  • The online booking tool on our contact page is provided by a third party and embedded in our page. Its interface is outside our control, and we cannot guarantee it meets the same standard. If it is difficult to use, please call or text 310-829-7339 and we will book your appointment for you — this is always available and never a lesser option.
  • The embedded map on our contact page is provided by Google and is likewise outside our control. Our full address appears as plain text on the same page.

Booking without using the website

You never have to use this website to become a patient. Call or text 310-829-7339 during opening hours — Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 7:15 AM to 5:00 PM — and a person will help you directly.

Telling us about a problem

If you run into something on this site you cannot use, we want to know. Call or text 310-829-7339, or mention it at the front desk. Please tell us the page and what happened, and we will fix it or find another way to get you what you need.

Physical accessibility

This statement covers our website. For questions about accessibility of the office itself at 2730 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 230, please call ahead and we will tell you exactly what to expect.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is not a one-time task. We review the site as it changes and as the guidelines evolve. This statement was last reviewed August 16, 2026.
